From Majima's answer, it's clear to Amelia that he doesn't understand her worries. Rather than explain, though, she simply nods and continues on with the cleaning work until Harley returns.

"We'd have come sooner if we'd known something was wrong." Amelia would drop everything for those she cares about in less than a heartbeat. Part of her aches knowing Harley suffered while she wasn't answering messages, but there's no point lingering on a past that can't be changed. Only the present and future matter.

"What would you like now? Something else to eat? More sleep? Talking through more things?" She pauses to force herself to take a breath. Slow down, Amelia. There's plenty of time to wait for an answer. "Name it, and it's yours."
