Part of the treatment is probably going to involve medicine that will change how your brain works. It'll help you feel less anxious, which will make learning new behavior patterns easier. Figuring out the right balance of medicines for you might take months, because it's very hard to test how your body is going to react to things beforehand. I know this sounds scary, but you're going to be okay. It's safe. If something isn't working, we'll try something else. It's going to take some patience though."
