"Thank you, Mister Needleworthy." The slightly adversarial relationship between Amelia and Alex makes her wonder. Snatching and bickering, almost like siblings.

"Can't hurt to know for the future," she points out as she follows Amelia over. She's attentive while Amelia explains things but is excited when she gets to start discovering them for herself. The attention to detail in some of the woven ribbons excites her the most. "These are gorgeous. Look at these little birds, they're so sweet."

Buttons she may need to think about later, but she's quite happy examining the fancy ribbons until Alex is done with his sketches.
