There's no message on Amelia's answering machine, but if you have her number? You'll either get her on the first call or she'll call you back shortly after you let her know why you called.

Inside the box is a broken figurine. Strange, the figurine itself would have been very beautiful before it had been broken.
There is no other note or explanation inside the box itself.

Who would have sent something like this to her? She isn't romantically involved with anyone and this piece feels oddly intimate for a strange to leave at her door. If it was someone she knew, why not simply give it to her in person or leave a note on the box? It doesn't make sense.
In the end, she decides it has to be a mistake of some sort. It was probably meant to be left at one of her neighbors' doors, and the courier simply got confused. All the doors look alike along the hall and the floor itself can be like a labyrinth to a newcomer. It can happen to anyone, so there's no reason to worry about it.
As for the gift itself, it gets tossed down the garbage chute when the rogue is done examining it. Even if it was meant for someone else, it's broken and likely not worth the cost of the repair. If the sender finds out the gift wasn't received, they can send it again with proper packaging to keep it safe.
And that, as far as the rogue is concerned, is the end of it.

Inside, hidden amongst thousands of packing Styrofoam, is a tiny elephant charm necklace. Further examination of the package reveals a few coffee beans at the bottom of the box.
Again there is no note. No explanation.

Who in the multiverse is sending her these gifts? Given the presentation, they must have come from the same person or group. But there's absolutely nothing to go on. None of her neighbors remember seeing the package delivered and her apartment building doesn't have any kind of video capturing devices on it. Someone must have let the deliverer or courier in, but all of the rogue's questions turn up no answers.
Not wanting to take any chances, Amelia seals the charm in a small wooden case, locking it both physically and magically. If this gift is meant to be something to harm her, it won't find the ability to do so as it sits in the back corner of the cabinet under her sink.
Someone better stop this behavior. If they want to gift her something, they can take the time to do it properly - preferably in person.
